Job Title: CNA Instructor

Bryan University is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNA Instructor to join our team. As a CNA Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our CNA program, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students
  • Assess student progress and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in CNA education
Requirements:
  • Current, active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting
  • Experience teaching adults or supervising nursing assistants
  • Ability to work on campus from 3:45pm to 10:00pm Monday through Thursday
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
