About the Role

The Production Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of cement production meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This is an excellent opportunity to join our MRINetwork Jobs team and contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to optimize production processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as chemistry or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cement production or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include United Health Care medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) 4% matching program, 2 weeks paid vacation, holiday pay, PTO, educational assistance program.
