AHF LLC is seeking a skilled Final Inspector 3rd Shift to join their team in West Plains, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging finished flooring to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect flooring on moving belts for defects and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Position lumber to indicate grade and further processing instructions.
  • Remove unsatisfactory pieces from conveyor or table and place them in designated bins or stacks.
  • Place boards in cartons according to manufacturer specifications and ensure desired footage for each carton.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Physical demands include standing, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements.
