Sleep Technologist

As a Polysomnographic Technologist at Providence Health & Service, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. Your expertise will be essential in performing comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic testing, analysis, patient care, and education. You will work under the general oversight of the Lab Supervisor, Manager, Director, or designee, and have the opportunity to provide oversight and training to other staff members.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic testing and analysis
Provide patient care and education
Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic services, including CPAP, Bi-level, ASV, and O2 titration
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and test results
Requirements:
National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
National Certified Polysomnographic Technician (NCPT) certification
National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Documented proficiency in all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field
