Job Summary:

The Sleep Technologist performs comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic testing, analysis, patient care and education, and associated interventions including diagnostic and therapeutic services such as CPAP, Bi-level, ASV, and O2 titration, under the general oversight of the Lab Supervisor, Manager, Director, or designee.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive adult and pediatric polysomnographic testing
  • Conduct analysis of sleep studies and provide recommendations for treatment
  • Provide patient care and education on sleep disorders and treatment options
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with latest research and advancements in sleep medicine

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
  • Experience working in a sleep lab or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
