Job Summary:

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Rooming patients and taking vital signs
  • Assisting with minor office procedures and giving injections
  • Entering data into patients' electronic medical records
  • Performing EKGs, PFTs, and immunizations (experience preferred)
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year of experience as a medical assistant, preferably in a Family Practice setting
  • National Certification is preferred but not required (pay differential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from others
