**Job Summary**

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Representative to join our team at Red Roof. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome and assist guests with their stay, including check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns and requests
  • Take reservation requests and make adjustments to reservations as needed
  • Work with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience
  • Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports
  • Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests

**Requirements**

  • HS Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years in a previous customer service position
  • Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
