Centerpoint Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team. As a RN Float Pool Super Float, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing critical thinking skills and vast clinical knowledge to stay calm under pressure.
- Float to various units within the hospital, including Medical/Oncology, Surgical/Orthopedic, Telemetry, and Inpatient Rehabilitation, to support patient care and meet the needs of the hospital.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Graduation from a school of nursing required.
- Current Missouri RN license required.
- BLS certification.
- At least 2 years of current RN hospital Medical/Surgical experience or Medical/Telemetry experience is required for the Float Pool.
