About the role:
As a Spa Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, and being knowledgeable about treatments, retail products, and services. You will also be responsible for retrieving, delivering, and setting up supplies, ensuring compliance with daily opening and closing checklists, and preparing items for refreshment stations. Additionally, you will ensure the cleanliness of the overall space, including the spa, fitness, and pool areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and respond to all inquiries with a high level of professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable about treatments, retail products, and services
  • Retrieve, deliver, and set up supplies, including linen and amenities
  • Ensure compliance with daily opening and closing checklists
  • Prepare items for refreshment stations
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the overall space, including the spa, fitness, and pool areas
