Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Associate to join our team. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients, including S-corporations, partnerships, individuals, and corporations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients, including tax research and consulting
  • Participate in tax research projects and help draft IRS responses
  • Team with leaders on special projects in various areas of corporate and flow-through taxation
  • Develop recommendations for clients and share with leadership to discuss and strategize
  • Communicate and team with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or law, or a related degree in business
  • Outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Relevant internship, work experience, and/or involvement with a professional organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
