About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Partner to join our Private Client Services team. As a Tax Partner, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and families.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique tax needs and develop tailored solutions to minimize their tax liability. You will also be involved in new business opportunities, thought leadership initiatives, and technology projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of tax professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liability
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique tax needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Participate in new business opportunities, thought leadership initiatives, and technology projects
  • Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or equivalent field
  • CPA or JD required
  • 12+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
  • Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business
