About the Role

EisnerAmper is seeking a highly experienced Tax Partner to join our Real Estate Private Equity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients and driving business growth through new business opportunities and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide partner-level compliance review and tax return signoff
  • Handle client consultations on planning opportunities and changes in tax law
  • Work on proposals and assist in developing new business
  • Meet prospective clients and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Expand services to existing clients
  • Supervise engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm
  • Oversee all aspects of the client engagement
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate advanced-level staff
  • Coach, mentor, and assist staff in developing and growing the tax function
  • Maintain knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect the client
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
  • CPA or JD
  • 15+ years of progressive tax experience
  • 2+ years as a Partner or Director at a public accounting firm
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associates
  • Experience working with real estate private equity clients is required
  • Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
  • Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business
