The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting environments and possess exceptional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for large-scale, high-volume clients across various industries.
  • Manage and oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Implement and maintain efficient recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on hiring progress and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruiting, project-based recruiting.
  • Extensive knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for UKG expertise.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • High tech EQ and adaptability to various recruitment technologies and platforms.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Arizona-based candidate preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or relevant recruiting certifications.
  • Experience in tech industry recruitment.
