Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at The Ezralow Company. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily apartment community, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff and ensure that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the budget for the property, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure that it is well-maintained and that all safety protocols are being followed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and accounting, to ensure that all aspects of the property are running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in a multifamily apartment community.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, supervising staff, and developing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
