Position Summary

In the role of Unit Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include supervising and assessing staff performance, formulating and enforcing nursing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to guarantee exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Active RN License
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience
  • 12-hour shifts (Day or Night)
  • Preferred supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • $49.29 per hour for day shifts
  • $51.29 per hour for night shifts
  • Includes Shift Differential: $3.00/hour for Evening Shift, $4.00/hour for Night Shift, Plus $3.00/hour for Weekend Shift
  • Extra Shift Bonus: $5.00/hour
