Job Summary

HonorHealth is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Nursing Supervisor in our Cardiovascular Navigation department. This is a full-time, regular position working Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and supervise the CV Navigation team and infrastructure required to meet objectives of all niche programs within the CV Navigation department.
  • Supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate patient care and staff development.
  • Provide direct patient care according to needs of the program.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of department operating procedures for the program.
  • Oversee administrative issues to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and customer service.
  • Represent the program in communicating with various key stakeholders throughout the network.
  • Design, implement, and manage a system for organizing, planning, and controlling workflow for the program.
  • Develop and implement departmental processes in collaboration with the Network CV Program Directors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, BScN) from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution.
  • Experience in cardiovascular nursing and leadership.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
