Position Overview:

Job Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Equivalent knowledge of human growth and development is essential for effective assessment and care of patients across various age groups.

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital, with demonstrated leadership or change management roles.

Physical Requirements:
This role involves working in a standard hospital environment, which may include exposure to biological hazards and unpleasant odors. Candidates should be able to:
  • Lift up to 100 lbs and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Push or pull weights up to 350 lbs.
  • Engage in frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
