Position Type: Hourly Part-Time

As a Parking Services Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our parking facilities while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart.
  • Direct incoming vehicles to available parking spaces, ensuring efficient traffic flow.
  • Conduct regular vehicle counts to maintain optimal parking availability.
  • Assist guests in locating their vehicles when needed.
  • Support the maintenance and repair of parking equipment as required.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and respect.
  • Report any incidents or safety issues to the appropriate management personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to:

  • Walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
