Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Crew Leader / Driver to join our team at Stand Up Guys Moving and Junk Removal. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading our crew to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient completion of jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive yourself and a hauler to customer locations and assist with job completion.
- Manage daily logistics, including sales and expenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Competitive hourly rate ($17-$19/hour depending on experience).
