Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Crew Leader / Driver to join our team at Stand Up Guys Moving and Junk Removal. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading our crew to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive yourself and a hauler to customer locations and assist with job completion.
  • Manage daily logistics, including sales and expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
