We are seeking an experienced Lead Climber to join our team at Monster Tree Service of North Atlanta. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for supervising and training a team of arborists while performing residential and commercial tree pruning and removals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of arborists to ensure safe and efficient completion of tree care services.
• Operate aerial lifts and/or bucket trucks as needed to access trees.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Sales Arborist to coordinate work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily production goals and safety procedures for the crew.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading and training a tree care crew.
• ISA Certification or CTSP is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate potential up-sell opportunities to customers.
• Presents a professional appearance and attitude.
