Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seek and secure new business through strategies such as cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty
  • Achieve or exceed established monthly and annual sales targets
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to promote revenue growth
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase The UPS Store #2399's print and copy services to prospective and existing clients
  • Leverage product knowledge to provide customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new offerings at The UPS Store #2399 to engage clients effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with the print team to guarantee timely and accurate fulfillment of print and copy orders
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the designated CRM system
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in outside sales, preferably in the print and copy services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
