Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations related to the movement, storage, and distribution of products.
  • Ensure effective supervision of staff to maintain product flow from receiving to distribution.
  • Train and develop team members, managing attendance, corrective actions, and adherence to policies.
  • Foster ownership among employees regarding key performance metrics.
  • Refine and develop standard operating procedures for training and best practices.
