Responsibilities
As a key member of our team at Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chip's - DC - The Wharf, the Sous Chef will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Tasks
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Supervise the kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement menu ideas, ensuring they meet the Gordon Ramsay standard.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
