Job Summary
The Custodial Care Specialist is responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of designated areas within the facility. This includes ensuring that furniture, floors, and equipment are kept in pristine condition. The specialist will maintain these areas to guarantee they are clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and visually appealing at all times. Adherence to all organizational policies and procedures is essential.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a dynamic work environment
- Background in post-acute care or healthcare is advantageous
