About the Role

The Customer Service Ambassador will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and courteous, and able to think critically to resolve complex issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our employees stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Document all interactions, including resolutions and follow-up tasks
  • Evaluate and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
