About the Role

The MEP Superintendent Construction will be responsible for managing and developing assigned staff towards maximum job performance and career potential. They will understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements, provide leadership to the project team, and foster and enhance architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations. The successful candidate will establish, update, and communicate the Project Schedule and manage its implementation, manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget, and manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. Additionally, they will provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in Construction Project Management, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, OSHA certification, and proficiency in project management software. They will also possess effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff.
