Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire proficiency in the Project Controls department's functions.
  • Develop an understanding of the Estimating department's operations.
  • Engage in the Purchasing and Tool & Equipment functions.
  • Familiarize yourself with the commercial terms and conditions relevant to projects.
  • Contribute to Construction Operations Meetings.
  • Execute accounting system tasks.
  • Participate in customer engagement activities to foster relationships.
  • Attend Risk Management training to comprehend acceptable risk levels.
  • Conduct safety audits regularly, aiming for at least one audit per week.
  • Engage in company Safety Incentive programs and daily safety planning.
  • Join Quality Action Teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Understand the company's Marketing Plan and support project pursuits.
  • Report any noncompliance observations with the company's Guiding Principles and Core Values through appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is essential.
