Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Participate in all phases of the design process, from schematic design to construction administration, ensuring that all designs meet our clients' needs and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Design Review: Review and analyze architectural designs to ensure that they meet established specifications, standards, and codes.
- Project Management: Monitor budgets and schedules, and maintain project documentation to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, outside consultants, and technical staff to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the design process.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction and coordinate architectural staff and consultants to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in all phases of the architecture process.
- Skills: Proficiency in Revit, exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, efficient work execution, and willingness to get tasks done.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment, commitment to professional growth, and great communication skills.
