Job Title: Campus Tours and Events Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Campus Tours and Events Coordinator to join our team at Life University Inc. As a key member of our Enrollment Events team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional campus tours and presentations to prospective and future students, their families, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and deliver professional tours and presentations of the campus for prospective/enrolled students and their families.
  • Oversee/provide direct guidance for weekly tours for DC, UG, GR, and High School prospective students and guests as well as other varied tours including private tours, group tours, and for important events like Life Leadership Weekend and Eagle Madness.
  • Assist and serve as back up for the Director and Enrollment Team in management of all activities related to Enrollment events - Must work these events on weekends 4 times a year (Saturday only).
  • Assist prospective students with registration to recruiting events and campus tours.
  • Responsible for consistently updating, maintaining, creating, and monitoring tour data and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with vendors/campus colleagues for program aspects pertaining to meals, lodging, and transportation.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with the Executive Director and Leadership Team about updates, information, planning, and program changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
  • Knowledgeable of CRM operating systems and Microsoft Office for events.
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record to allow driving of motor vehicles on behalf of the University.

  • Able to perform duties independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse work environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and have a proven ability to bring projects to completion.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and follow office procedures.
  • Computer skills; word processing and spreadsheet software capabilities.
  • Able to accurately and efficiently use related computer software, databases, and technology to track and engage students and work effectively and professionally with colleagues and all constituents.
  • Able to effectively handle occasional interruptions to work, requests for updates and reporting demands, sometimes on short notice.
  • Demonstrate effective, professional oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills and abilities with all constituents.
  • Able to effectively coach and supervise staff.
  • Able to cultivate and manage key relationships, to negotiate with and persuade others, to speak in front of small and large groups and to effectively communicate verbally on the phone and in person and in writing.
  • Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and student and collegial service.
  • Possess knowledge of and personally supports/promotes higher education and the Chiropractic profession and Vitalistic philosophy.
