Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
Job Description: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for observing, assessing, and intervening in the care of patients who are ill, injured, or experiencing a change in their normal health processes. You will also administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, supervise and teach nursing staff, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have a current RN license accepted by the Texas State Board of Nursing, strong technical, clerical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NRP is also required.
Preferred Qualifications: While not required, experience in Labor and Delivery, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and National Certification as recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center are highly desirable. Fluency in multiple languages is also an asset.
