We are seeking a highly skilled Women's Specialty Unit Nurse to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our obstetric care team, you will provide exceptional patient care to high-risk obstetrical patients, antepartum and post-partum women.

As a Women's Specialty Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing high-quality, cost-effective patient care. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients and families on various aspects of their care, ensuring they feel empowered and informed throughout their experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered care. We value teamwork and collaboration, and we're looking for a nurse who can work effectively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, and a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience. Knowledge of the nursing process, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential.
