Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Associate to join our team at Wyndham Visalia. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Hospitably and effectively promote and serve food and/or beverage to customers, according to Wyndham Visalia standards and state law in a safe, accident-free manner.
  • Station Preparation: Prepare station for readiness prior to opening and closing of each shift.
  • Cash Handling: Follow all cash handling and bank SOPs and directed by Wyndham Visalia.
  • Side Work: Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: One year of serving experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Communication and hospitality skills (English required). Ability to answer phones. Ability to work with money. Ability to work in fast-paced fun environment.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for long periods of time, lift trays up to 20lbs, and bend/stretch to serve beverages and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
