Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee a team of project managers and program managers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Define and optimize processes to drive efficient workflows within teams, promoting best practices in project and program management.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on quality, upholding team commitment to project management standards.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the project management team.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including VP, Client Experience, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management, preparing presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries as needed.
  • Performance Management: Set performance goals and provide career development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience managing large projects at a marketing agency, with 5+ years of people leadership and management skills.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading complex creative and technology programs, experience in creating and optimizing processes, strong ability to create estimates, and deep understanding of creative and strategic process.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or project management.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP, CSM, or Scaled Agile.
