Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts
- Night shifts
- Every other weekend

Compensation:
- Blended Rate: $50/hour

Pay Structure:
  • Weekly Travel Stipend: $32/hr

Overview:
We are in search of a committed Licensed Practical Nurse to contribute to our healthcare team. As an LPN, your role will be vital in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving favorable health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the physician.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs accurately.
  • Assist in patient assessments and develop care plans.
  • Perform essential nursing tasks, including wound care and injections.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and preventive care.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining precise medical records.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Experience in administering medications and treatments effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic life support techniques.
  • Understanding of anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience in emergency rooms, primary care, or long-term care settings is advantageous.
  • Ability to assess and document patient conditions accurately.
  • Skills in performing procedures such as dialysis or botulinum toxin treatment are a plus.
  • Physical capability to lift and assist patients as required.
