We offer a competitive salary for this full-time position, with estimated annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to over $80,000, depending on experience. About the Role

This Laboratory Operations Specialist position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical laboratory facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing safety, compliance, and quality control practices that meet the highest standards of excellence. Your expertise in specimen collection and processing will enable you to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous phlebotomy training or experience. Bonus points will be awarded if you possess certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
