Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Daily Activity Reports to document all occurrences during your shift.
- Utilize various software applications to manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with all individuals you encounter.
- Verify the identity of vehicles and trailers entering the premises.
- Conduct thorough inspections of trailers prior to their departure from the yard.
- Regularly check emails for updated information regarding trailers throughout the day.
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
- Perform vehicle patrols as required.
- Conduct routine foot patrols.
- Availability for 12-hour shifts is necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Professional appearance is essential.
- Possession of a state security license (CLEET) or the ability to obtain one.
- Familiarity with various surveillance systems is preferred.
- Experience with YMS, PPM, and Genatec is advantageous.
- Stable employment history is necessary.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
