Sales Strategy and Leadership
  • Develop and Implement Comprehensive Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our Operational and Revenue Leads to achieve revenue targets and market growth through innovative strategies.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunities: Work closely with the sales team to identify sales and cross-sell opportunities, expanding our customer base through key client-builder relationships.
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and propel market expansion.
Product Knowledge and Expertise
  • Industry Experience: Five plus years of experience in the propane industry is required for this role, providing in-depth knowledge of high-end heating products and their features.
  • Workload Planning: Plan workloads for delivery drivers, installers, service technicians, and dispatchers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Work alongside the Heating Technical Trainer to develop standards and provide training to the field team and new hires.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure timely and high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services, upholding Tortorella's commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform pricing strategies, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for the heating division, optimizing resource allocation for maximum profitability.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving, ensuring swift resolution of escalated customer issues.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, service metrics, and financial results, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Emphasize and enforce safety standards and compliance with industry regulations, working alongside the Training Department to develop and conduct safety training sessions.
