Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage healthcare client relationships by identifying financial needs and delivering solutions.
  • Develop new and existing healthcare client relationships through networking and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals in loans, deposits, and fee income.
  • Manage assigned portfolio and retain/strengthen current relationships.
  • Partner with branch manager and serve as the primary point of contact for business customers.
  • Review applicant financial data to evaluate credit worthiness and manage difficult credit situations.
  • Negotiate terms and make decisions on loans within limits or make recommendations.
  • Monitor outstanding loans to ensure ongoing credit worthiness.
  • Adhere to established loan policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven Commercial Lending experience with emphasis in healthcare lending.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including knowledge of reimbursement systems and revenue cycle management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Promotes a positive work environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment where changes to procedures are common.
  • Ability to communicate in a respectful and assertive manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
