Emergency Department & Consultation Services
- Deliver psychiatric care to patients in the emergency department holding unit
- Provide services for adults aged 18 and older
- Engage in a collaborative work environment with a double coverage model, following a 7 on - 7 off schedule
- Work 10-hour shifts with a manageable daily patient load
- Handle a caseload of approximately 15 patients per physician each day
- Participate in shared rotating night call responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists dedicated to teamwork and mutual support
- Opportunity to mentor and work alongside psychiatric residents
- Must possess board certification (board eligibility is acceptable for recent graduates)
- California medical license and DEA registration required
- Traditions Behavioral Health welcomes H1B and J1 Visa holders
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Annual salary of $379,924.20 for full-time W-2 employees (7 on / 7 off schedule)
- Salary includes an additional $440.00 per night for shared rotating night call
