Sales Representative

Hardware Specialty Co., Inc. is seeking a talented and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining business relationships with OEMs and contract manufacturers in the commercial and military/aerospace markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast sales and meet or exceed quota as established by management
- Report and provide feedback to Management within established deadlines, utilizing CRM
- Participate in regular strategy sessions to plan territory goals
- Daily contact with prospects, customers, team, and management
- Attend formal training and seek out training for products on a regular basis
- Joint calls with vendor sales teams
- Participate in Industry trade shows to attract and qualify prospects
- Identify and sell Managed Inventory Solutions to qualifying customers
- Make capabilities presentations to prospects and customers
- Make calls as requested to global accounts which may have HQ or locations in your territory and report to senior management
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Self-confidence with great communication skills, including listening skills
- Ability to negotiate while protecting business interests
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and achieve results, strong work ethic
- Responsive to Experienced Management Team; timely response to requests as needed
- Experience with CRM
- Formalized Sales training
- Must be flexible and able to travel on a regular basis; must be able to travel within the US as requested for meetings
- Must be able to prospect, qualify and set appointments
