About the Role

CALM, a community-based mental health agency, seeks a highly skilled Therapist - Great Beginnings Team to join our team in Santa Barbara County. This role is responsible for providing psychotherapeutic treatment, rehabilitation, and care coordination to children up to age 21 and their families.

Job Summary:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' strengths and needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in regular supervision and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and families.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $34-52/hour, with a 10% increase upon licensure. A $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Paid at 90-days, 6 months, and 1 year of active service is also available. Benefits include 100% Employer-sponsored Life Insurance, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, and a 403b Retirement Plan.
