YOUR ROLE:
As a Guest Relations and Communication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing guest inquiries and reservations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conducting both incoming and outgoing calls, utilizing our telecommunication systems to deliver quality service.
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Facilitating check-ins and check-outs, managing room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Providing information about property events, promotions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

In this role, you will be expected to meet performance metrics related to call volume, service quality, and guest satisfaction.



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
  • Experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with telecommunication systems.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
