Senior Marketing Strategist for Call of Duty Franchise

Your MissionYou will be a key contributor and leader within the brand marketing team that supports the Call of Duty franchise. This role partners directly with the Product Management team, cross-functional teams and various game development studios to build best-in-class marketing campaigns that deliver on product strategies, our highest standards of creative integrity and overall business objectives.
In this role, you will lead a small internal team as well as oversee day-to-day management of external creative agency partners, and help manage the approval process of all creative materials.
Main Responsibilities- Be a key contributor within the Consumer Marketing team, managing global marketing plans, creative executions and the production process supporting all communication vehicles for Call of Duty.
- Lead a team of direct reports in meeting the Consumer Marketing objectives for all campaigns.
- Develop highly effective, insights-driven creative briefs.
- Digest the business objectives to create a Consumer Marketing point-of-view that drives the creative approaches.
- Support ongoing Growth Marketing efforts by developing and delivering against evolving creative strategies.
- Manage annual production budget by reviewing Agency estimates and tracking overall spend.
- Communicate and motivate cross-functional teams around a single marketing strategy.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years experience in brand marketing, creative agency account management (or equivalent client-side position) or video game industry
- Experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing/Social required.
- Must be proficient in traditional and digital media planning.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the ability to work across multiple teams
- People/agency management experience
- A passion for gaming and understanding current industry and cultural trends
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- A self-motivated, results-oriented, creative problem solver
- Extremely organized, prepared, meticulous
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
$100,000 - $150,000 per year.
