Job Title: Football Coach

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Football Coach to join our team at Loudoun County Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our football team and ensuring a positive and safe experience for all players.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the football team and develop a winning strategy
• Recruit and manage a team of assistant coaches
• Develop and implement a training program for players
• Ensure player safety and well-being
• Communicate with parents and the school community
• Attend staff meetings and follow school policies

Qualifications:

• Coaching experience at the high school or college level
• CPR and First Aid training
• Experience as a teacher or classified employee in Loudoun County Public Schools
• Virginia Teaching License or full-time classified employee
