Transforming Healthcare through Performance Measurement

Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) is a nationally recognized leader in healthcare performance measurement, and we are seeking a talented Auditor III to join our team. As a key member of our Audits department, you will play a critical role in improving the quality of healthcare by leading performance measurement projects and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead performance measurement projects, including data validation and analytics
  • Develop and implement work plans and timelines
  • Guide and coordinate Auditor I and II staff in project tasks and oversight
  • Lead client teleconferences and meetings
  • Perform online research on healthcare topics
  • Lead performance measure validation audits
  • Provide regular progress reports to management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least five years of work experience in healthcare, with a minimum of seven years of total work experience
  • At least four years of auditing experience, with two years of experience as a lead auditor, including two years in HEDIS auditing and/or data validation
  • Intermediate knowledge of performance measures
  • Experience writing client reports as a lead author
  • Prior experience leading multiple medium-sized projects or contracts
  • Experience writing responses to requests for proposals
