- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role, with a strong background in operations management and patient care.
- Licensure: Active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed.
- Certifications: Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
