About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Specialist to join our team at HealthTrust. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client-specific custom contracts in the medical device categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing contract maintenance and support to clients during the length of the contract
  • Assist in facilitating contract resolution on customer service-related issues
  • Manage the SurgIntel Rebate Tracking tool, including presenting client-specific quarterly business reviews
  • Assist in all aspects of a Medical Device Management engagement, including client interface, supplier agreement negotiation, and implementation
  • Work with the Custom Contracting Directors, Contract Analysts, Financial Analysts, Contract Admins, Contract Specialist, and others to finalize pricing, contract documents, and amendments
Requirements
  • Accredited College Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, or Finance
  • Medical Device product knowledge preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in negotiating and supply chain operations
