Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Recepción de Equipaje: Saludar a los miembros e invitados de manera oportuna a su llegada, ayudar con la descarga de bolsas de golf de los vehículos y transportar las bolsas a la zona de espera o carritos de golf.
  • Limpieza de Palos: Limpiar y mantener los palos de golf antes y después de las rondas, asegurando que estén en excelentes condiciones para su uso.
  • Limpieza de Carritos: Limpiar y desinfectar a fondo los carritos de golf después de cada uso, asegurando que estén listos para el siguiente grupo de jugadores.
  • Levantamiento de Cargas: Levantar y transportar de manera segura bolsas de golf y otros artículos que pesen hasta 75 libras según sea necesario.
  • Servicio al Cliente: Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente atendiendo las consultas de miembros e invitados, ofreciendo asistencia y asegurando una experiencia positiva.

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia previa en un rol de servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en un entorno de golf o hospitalidad.
  • Capacidad para levantar y transportar hasta 75 libras.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Fiable, puntual y capaz de trabajar horarios flexibles, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos.
  • Conocimiento de golf y etiqueta de golf es preferido.
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de equipo.

Condiciones de Trabajo:

Este puesto requiere trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas. La función implica estar de pie, caminar, inclinarse y levantar durante períodos prolongados.
