About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expeditor to join our team in Coldwater, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for entering package goods into our systems, expediting orders, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products and services, ensuring a positive experience throughout all interactions.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in our database as necessary.
  • Stay informed about our company's products, services, and promotions, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issues, sharing customer feedback and insights to improve overall service quality.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of prior customer service-related experience and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job-specific written documents.
  • Exceptional ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees and/or customers in person and via the telephone.
