Job Description

The Business Solutions Consultant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with procurement and order placement, managing MSC ControlPoint Solutions, and determining optimal sourcing strategy for key customer projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with email, various internet browsers, and/or the Windows operating system
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Working industrial knowledge preferred
Work Environment

This position may require up to 10% travel and access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (
